Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute Reference designs, Customer Projects & Application Notes to fetch more design ins/wins
2. Actively involved in technical support operations, helping customers in resolving (design & implementation) issues, interfacing with customers & internal departments regarding the status and resolution of open issues.
3. Assist customers in designing, developing & troubleshooting RF projects/applications
4. Provide creative solutions and workarounds to address customer issues
5. Create supporting documentation and preparing technical information for customers
6. Provide feedback to internal groups on improvements in hardware, software, tools and documentation
7. Develop & impart technical trainings to customers and field engineers
Mandatory Skills:
1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Electronics or other related fields
2. Expertise in 8/16/32-Bit Microcontrollers/Processors (ARM/MIPS/DSP) & Peripherals such as ADC/DAC, PWM, RTC, WDT, Timer/Counters
3. Hands on with Assembly, C & C++ Programming
4. IEEE 802.15.4, Zigbee, Zigbee RF4CE experience is a must.
5. Work experience in Atmel RF Solution is preferable
6. Knowledge on various protocols/interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN/LIN, USB, EBI, Ethernet MAC10/100
7. Ability to work using Digital Oscilloscope, Logic analyzer, IDE & debug with JTAG based interface
8. Knowledge/Exposure on Hardware (Circuit Schematic, PCB) design is highly desirable
9. Knowledge/Exposure on Atmel’s AVR Microcontrollers/Processors & RF Transceivers will be an added advantage.

2. Self-directed - works well with minimal supervision and is able to multi-task
3. Strong oral and written communication skills
4. Strong presentation and customer support skills
